(Importer of Stellantis vehicles for the Dutch market), we work together to innovate and achieve our shared ambitions.As IT Business Solution Specialist in the SFS IT Department, you will connect business requirements with effective technology solutions. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will help ensure our information systems are reliable, secure and aligned with operational needs. The role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office). Your contribution : • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs, • Configure, maintain, and continuously improve business applications and system integrations.• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and solution validation activities with key users and external partners.• Lead and support IT-related projects, managing system changes from design through implementation while ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoption.• Collaborate closely with local business teams, central IT functions, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.• Ensure the data integrity, the reliability and the security of IT systems and integrations.• Provide second-line functional support, troubleshooting incidents, requests, and system issues within defined service levels.• Adhere to all local and central processes and procedures.
