We provide institutional investors with equity research, quantitative and technical analysis, economics research and agency execution in European and North American equity markets and serve corporates via our Equity Capital Markets division. Rothschild & Co Redburn’s equity research analysts and salespeople advise professional investors (our clients) on European and US equities. Our equity capital markets team provides investment banking services to clients and focuses in assisting them in raising equity capital.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Administrative assistant based in France to support the EU Sales Team. You will be required to work in collaboration with the offices in France, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland.
Calendar & meeting coordination
Organise and send Outlook invitations for Sales, Analyst, and Corporate meetings.
Maintain and update calendar invites based on restaurant or travel bookings.
Handle meeting/call/event admin (prepare overviews, log feedback, follow‑ups).
Administrative (Tier 1) & event operations
Set up and manage events (meetings, workshops, conferences).
Provide support for reverse roadshows, conferences/workshops, and analyst events.
Update client lists and maintain records in Tier1 (CRM).
Daily communications
Send the Daily Specialist emails (up to eight per day with event information).
Travel & logistics
Arrange restaurant and travel bookings for analysts and corporate teams.
Liaise with the London Travel team (flights, trains, hotels, etc.).
Team support & office operations
Assist the team with expense submissions and reconciliations.
Perform general office administration (branch management, printing presentations, preparing materials, etc.).
Qualifications, experience and competencies
You already have significant experience in administrative assistance, ideally within the financial sector.
