The Spa Manager you will lead the operational and financial direction of Spa, ensuring flawless guest experiences and the highest standards of service. You will oversee spa performance, guide a diverse team, and collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the spa’s offerings, marketing presence, and overall success.
What you will do
Manage and oversee all Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas.
Lead, mentor, and develop the spa team, including receptionists, therapists, attendants, and freelancers.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and treatment quality monitoring.
Collaborate with Engineering and Housekeeping to uphold safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party providers.
Oversee departmental financial performance, including budgeting, tenders, inventories, and pricing strategy.

What we are looking for
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
First experience in a similar position in a high-end institute or spa is required.
