Overview Roshan Kal Internship Program is our flagship Internship program. Responsibilities • Assess outlet visibility, chiller purity, product placement, and planogram compliance• Track promotional price execution and identify compliance gaps• Benchmark PepsiCo’s retail visibility and execution against key competitors• Consolidate findings into a clear compliance scorecard and performance summary• Identify improvement opportunities across priority outlets and channels• Present actionable recommendations to the Franchise and Trade Marketing teams Qualifications • Strong analytical, observation, and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint• Interest in franchise operations, retail execution, and route-to-market• Willingness to conduct frequent market and outlet visits• Ability to translate field observations into clear business insights
