The Context

 

In a fast-growing sales organization expanding both in France and internationally, where complexity increases year after year, you will be the key analytical partner for the VP Sales, Heads of Sales, and managers. Your role is to provide reliable and actionable sales intelligence to enable precise steering, informed strategic decisions, and team performance optimization. Unlike a traditional RevOps role, your focus is not on process execution or automation, but on analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs and the sales funnel to secure growth and maximize the impact of every decision.\n
