Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Survey Report Manager (Widebody Quality Program (f/m) to join our Quality Widebody Aircraft Performance team based in Toulouse, France. "permanent position" CDI.
As part of the Widebody program quality organization, you will join a dynamic team dealing with QSR (Quality Survey Report), a Top Company Objective , covering A330 and A350 programs. The QSR is an official response plan, dealing with a batch of non-conformities escaped from our suppliers, plants or FAL.

Team Environment : The missions of the team are organized around 3 mains pillars. 1/Impact management : select and prepare hot-topics for strategic decisions, support the customer-facing teams in their communication kits (CAQM / FCM community). Manage hot topics: communication & alignment between all stakeholders. 2/Performance / improvement management : analyze indicators and provide key-messages to top-management and to quality colleagues dealing with long-term corrective actions. Support & influence improvement projects. 3/Process : act as Quality Programme Manager in official meetings, interface with the process owner for improvements. Ensure the Process governance is well applied.
Your challenges:Meetings :
Responsible for QSRs Inflow meeting (subcontracted), escalation meetings (as chairman), performance review (as chairman),
Support in QSR meetings organized by the originator (answer questions on process, spot the need for escalation) and take the lead for hot topics, involving the relevant actors,
Support in meetings with process owner (give priorities on bi-weekly process updates),
Support in meetings with customer-facing teams preparing theirs com kit,
Deliverables :
Official validation of QSRs,
Presentations to top-management (escalation meetings & performance review) and Minutes of these meetings,
Answers to questions raised by QSR stakeholders,
Monthly Performance Analysis (Communication Pack) and associated action plan to reach target, in relation with all functions (supply Chain / FALs / Plant / Airbus Atlantic...),
Improvements :
Provide analysis and recommendations for improvement,
Support initiative launched in different functions, as voice of the WB program.
As such, the Quality Survey Report Manager (QSR Manager) can potentially impact :
one or several customers, in their operations,
one or several production sites, with potential impact on delivery dates,
Given the impacts on safety, customers and deliveries, the QSRs are escalated for decisions at high levels of management (QL & BLL level). As per QSR process, a specific core-team is set-up including :
The Originator, responsible for the QSR,
The Chief-engineer, who evaluates impacts on A/C safety,
The Planning representative, who anticipates the industrial impacts,
The Quality Programme Manager (= this job request), who ensures compliance and escalations, taking the leadership in case of complex issues with strong impact on deliveries.
These actors interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, from Production teams, Procurement teams, Design offices, Customer facings teams in production and in-service, Conformity, Flight test teams, planning team, customer services… which makes this job visible and very interesting. You will join the team of Quality Programme Managers working on A330 and A350 QSRs.

Position grading 13 , "Convention collective de la métallurgie-France"
