If you need more than our great company culture, you should keep in mind the opportunity to Fastly develop, learn, and grow within our organization Work in a dynamic and inspiring environment Be part of a flexible way of working which is part of our culture (compulsory: 2 days office days/week) Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program Get an extra day off for your birthday Benefit from discounted employee product offers LinkedIn Learning access for your continuous development Receive an annual bonus based on performance YOUR responsibilities as a Project Portfolio Senior Specialist will include (but not limited to): Support best-in-class Project Portfolio Management across the MCO CEE region (Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Poland) Ensure high-quality portfolio governance, reporting and key KPIs monitoring Support the execution of the LIM process by tracking key portfolio indicators and milestones Prepare portfolio analytics, dashboards and management reports to support decision making Create and maintain portfolio management tools and ensure data quality Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools and ways of working Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across projects Identify risks, improvement opportunities and support the implementation of best practices in portfolio management About You We are looking for a Project Portfolio Senior Specialis with the following profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or another relevant field is an advantage) 2-4 years of professional experience in project management, project portfolio management, PMO, business analytics or a similar role Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions Experience working with reporting, KPIs and dashboards Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage Experience with portfolio management tools (e.g. iPROview) and project management methodologies (e.g. InnoPro) would be considered a strong asset Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment Continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail, solution-focused approach Fluent English (spoken and written) Fluency in local language (depending on location) About Us, We offer and What's next About Us Danone’s mission is bringing health through food to as many people as possible and we want to invite people to join the movement for a healthier world.
