We're seeking a Project Manager (Marketing) to lead new product innovation and renovation projects across our portfolio. You’ll sit at the centre of some of the most exciting product launches, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products that deliver market-leading outcomes. What you'll do As a Project Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of innovation and renovation projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business priorities. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple projects across our innovation pipeline and brand portfolio delivering new products to market on time and to budget Build implementation plans, timelines and governance frameworks Facilitating project and portfolio governance meetings and stage-gate processes Monitoring project progress, risks, dependencies and resource requirements Influence and bring together cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Providing clear reporting and insights to support decision-making Driving consistency, simplicity and continuous improvement across project delivery practices Help shape portfolio priorities and business investment decisions What you'll bring We’re for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people together to achieve shared goals. To be successful in this role we’re looking for someone who has:- Experience in project, program, or portfolio management within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry with a strong track record of delivering results Strong stakeholder engagement relationship-building skills The ability to effectively influence and work across diverse teams Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities Commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into action Resilience, adaptability and a continuous learning mindset An understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or similar business planning processes What's in it for you?
