Staff Project Manager

Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities ： 1 、 Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the Offering Delivery Team (ODT) process to ensure the successful delivery of multiple programs and projects within defined timelines. 2 、 Manage project execution by effectively overseeing project scope, schedule, resource allocation, quality targets, risk management, and change control processes. 3 、 Facilitate ODT checkpoint reviews and governance activities to ensure project readiness, compliance with established processes, and successful milestone achievement. 4 、 Drive program execution through effective prioritization, decision-making, and time management, ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution. 5 、 Serve as the primary liaison among R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, external partners, and other key stakeholders. 6 、 Coordinate cross-functional communication and decision-making to address technical, quality, cost, schedule, and operational challenges. 7 、 Monitor program health through key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identify risks, and communicate project status, mitigation plans, and business impacts to leadership teams. 8 、 Identify business opportunities and drive innovation initiatives by leveraging AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve delivery efficiency, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. Job Requirements ： 1 、 Proven experience in program and project management, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive successful project delivery. 2 、 Strong project management capabilities, including scope management, schedule planning, risk control, stakeholder management, resource coordination, and change management. 3 、 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, business, and operational teams. 4 、 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution and delivery. 5 、 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience monitoring project performance through KPIs and driving continuous improvement. 6 、 Experience leading or supporting AI, Generative AI, digital transformation, automation, or data-driven innovation initiatives is preferred. 7 、 Familiarity with Agile, Stage-Gate, or similar product development and delivery methodologies. 8 、 Professional project management certifications, such as PMP, are preferred. 9 、 Ability to identify innovation opportunities and translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions that deliver measurable value. 10 、 Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global business environment.
