A Day in the LifeJoin the PMO (Project Management Office) – R&D (Research & Development) team in Trévoux as a Project Coordinator III and help drive the successful execution of new product development projects that support meaningful innovation in healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the center of complex, cross-functional programs, partnering with project leaders and R&D teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to key initiatives. Candidates who enjoy coordination, collaboration, documentation excellence, and solving day-to-day project challenges will find this role both impactful and rewarding.The Project Coordinator III will join the NPD (New Product Development) PMO R&D team in Trévoux to support the execution of new product development projects. The role focuses on project coordination, documentation management in PLM and SharePoint, meeting organization, action tracking, reporting, and resource monitoring. It also involves supporting controlled document updates, purchase orders, and onboarding/training activities for new hires. The position requires close collaboration with project managers and cross-functional R&D teams in a matrix environment. The role reports to the Product Development Director PMO and is expected to work onsite 3 days per week.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports.
- Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry.
- English – advanced professional level.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Limited / No travel.
- ≥ 3 days /week on site.
