Project Controls Analyst - Columbia, MD

Manage and maintain the Earned Value Management process in accordance with government regulations Utilize DELTEK Open Plan and Cobra to generate monthly EVM reports detailing project performance metrics Collaborate with schedulers, CAMs, PMs, and the chief engineer to produce EVM data and variance analyses promptly Lead the development, release, and implementation of the EVM System Manual and related processes Obtain FAA EVM certification for the company’s EVM system Deliver accurate and on-schedule EVM reports to TSA, FAA, and Aerospace Prime contractors Ensure compliance with EVMS FAA AMS requirements and DoD FAR guidance Collaborate with project team members to gather and organize records supporting customer billings Develop project summaries for the program manager and chief engineer for key programs Support the preparation of executive-level briefings
