Production Manager - Coppell, TX

Management of our system production team including Assembly Technicians, Production Planners and Manufacturing Process Engineers. Manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality and customer expectations. Work closely with Integration Cells to provide a seamless flow of products to systems. Lead and monitor production employees including Assembly, Test, Planning, Purchasing and Inventory Control (PPIC) employees, including temporary staff. Execute production plan by scheduling staff/tasks to meet production goals and objectives. Maintain requirements for safety, reliability and compliance for ISO 9001 & AS9100 Train, coach, and evaluate staff and recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions. Observe conditions of production floor to identify improvement opportunities and make suggestions for improvement.
