Le poste en détail

Lead and supervise the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory standards, and company objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and regulatory to design, develop, and approve new products. Prepare and review product specifications, documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvements to optimize success. Manage relationships with vendors providing product components and services. Provide regular reports and insights on development progress, market trends, and product performance to management. Supervise and mentor team members involved in product development activities to ensure effective execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Actuary, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in product development, project management, or related roles. Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and development methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data analysis. Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the industry. Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
