Join Qonto as a Procurement Expert to own strategic sourcing and supplier performance for key indirect categories. Your goal is to deliver measurable value through stronger commercial outcomes and robust, traceable risk and contracting discipline, while helping build a procurement culture where teams engage early and follow clear rules.
You will work closely with Mathurin Hyest (Procurement Lead) in a small team (1 Expert + 1 Apprentice), and partner daily with Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Security, and business teams.

🤔 What you can expect
Market and team context: You will be part of the Procurement team within Strategic Finance, working with all departments requiring procurement support (Marketing, IT, Operations, Corporate Services). Your work will be central to cost control, risk management, and operational efficiency as we continue scaling.
How we work: We foster a procurement culture that values analytical thinking, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. You will work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership, ambiguity, and frequent cross-functional dependencies.
Tools stack for Procurement 🛠️: Coupa for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Contractpod for CLM, Claude for complex AI problem solving (Reporting, problem solving, data analysis)

Mathurin leads Qonto's Procurement team.
His Background: Studied Economics at the Sorbonne, then graduated from SKEMA Business School. Started at Wabtec, then continued in the automotive industry at OP Mobility.
What Mathurin brings: Strategic vision and analytical rigor, strong partnering mindset, and a hands-on approach to unblock situations. Mathurin provides clear roadmaps, helps prioritize what matters most, and steps in when needed to apply the right level of pressure, keep initiatives moving, and support the team in navigating management expectations and potential blockers.
