Key Responsibilities: 

Client Leadership & Strategy:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping define and drive business and technology transformation. 
  • Lead the development of engagement strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations tailored to client needs. 
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, results, and strategic guidance. 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts and deliver additional value. 

Project Delivery & Oversight:

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, from discovery to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. 
  • Manage cross-functional teams of consultants, analysts, designers, developers, and subject matter experts. 
  • Conduct executive presentations, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. 
  • Ensure all solutions align with client goals, industry best practices, and emerging trends. 

Thought Leadership & Innovation:

  • Develop and share intellectual capital through white papers, case studies, frameworks, and speaking engagements. 
  • Contribute to practice development, including methodologies, templates, and service offerings. 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and innovations relevant to client industries. 

Required Skills & Competencies: 

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-impact consulting engagements. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills. 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link solutions to business outcomes. 
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving. 
  • Experience in one or more of the following: digital transformation, IT strategy, change management, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, or data strategy. 

Tools & Technologies (As Applicable):

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana
  • Familiarity with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics
  • Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Comfort with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, Confluence, MS Teams

Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or relevant industry roles 
  • Demonstrated success leading complex projects and client relationships 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred) 
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills
