You’ll prepare documents, handle communication, and act as a central point of coordination across teams.You will also organise France-based events, manage logistics, and support celebrations and employee recognition activities with Facilities, Communications, SCO, and HR.We’re looking for someone with experience in personal assistance or office management, fluent in French and English, highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident in Microsoft Office. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, multitask with ease, and stay calm under pressure. Experience in event coordination or corporate support is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, travel arrangements, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the France Country ManagerCoordinate meetings, prepare documents, agendas, and ensure smooth communication across teamsHandle office operations, logistics, and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersOrganise France-based events, including logistics, room bookings, catering, and attendee communicationAssist with celebrations, employee recognition, and gift coordination in partnership with Facilities, Communications, SCO, and HRMaintain high professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks QualificationsExperience in administrative roles such as personal assistance, office management, project and event coordinationBilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to prioritise deadlines with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills; adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressureBackground in business administration, finance, or hospitality is a plus (not mandatory)Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
