Job Description:
Airbus is looking for a Performance & Improvement Manager (f/m) to join our Enterprise Crisis Management (ECM) based in [Location]. You will be part of a team developing, deploying, and leading ECM performance activities. As part of the ECM organisation, you will be involved in leading continuous improvement projects aiming at improving the efficiency and maturity of the Crisis Management organisation.
Your working environment: Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities! Your challenges:
Define and implement a global Performance Management framework for Crisis Management, assessing the readiness and maturity of the overall organization.
Develop and automate key Metrics & KPIs into digital tools (CMAS, Qlik Sense, FMGeo) while ensuring robust data governance for reliability and accuracy.
Prepare and run performance routines to deliver high-quality dashboards, Performance Reviews, and coordinate the yearly Internal Control Self Assessment (ICSA) campaign.
Monitor the 3-year ECM strategy and business roadmap, overseeing the project portfolio progress and facilitating the escalation of risks to the leadership team.
Lead continuous improvement projects (structure optimization, audit processes, Corporate/Division integration) and foster a performance-driven culture across networks.
Your boarding pass:
Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum X years of professional experience in performance management, continuous improvement, or project management. (Please replace X with the required number)
Solid technical expertise in data analytics, data processing, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Looker Studio).
Proven experience in deploying continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving tools.
Negotiation level in English; excellent understanding of corporate performance management processes.
