Outlet Manager - The Lobby

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Outlet Manager - The Lobby to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience. Work for a highly prestigious hotel in The Lobby Team. Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages. Key Accountabilities Oversee the overall management and operations of The Lobby, including budget control, while supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective revenue management, upselling initiatives, and other sales opportunities. Address and resolve all guest service-related issues within The Lobby, ensuring a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Review expenses and operational costs to achieve established financial targets, and provide appropriate guidance to team leaders accordingly. Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure that all The Lobby team members consistently comply with HACCP standards. Proactively drive operational improvements and efficiency, including staffing optimization, training, and team development. Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. General Requirements Fluent English speaker and preferably Japanese with great respect for Japanese culture, 5-star hotel working experience will be an advantage. Minimum 6-year Food and Beverage practical experience, of which 3 years in managerial position from multinational companies or hospitality operations. Seasonal knowledge in international cuisine, including food preparation and presentation. knowledge in costing and pricing of food and beverage items. Leadership and management skills.
