About Great Scotland Yard Hotel – The Unbound Collection Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is a luxury hotel steeped in history, located just moments from Covent Garden and around the corner from Trafalgar Square in the heart of Westminster. Colleagues work in a distinctive and characterful environment delivering thoughtful and memorable service to guests exploring the culture, history and landmarks of central London Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Outlets Manager role: Support the day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage venues, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all outlets. Assist in overseeing Room Service operations as required, maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction. Lead, coach and support supervisors and colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensure effective communication within the team and help embed departmental goals and service standards. Train and empower colleagues to confidently resolve guest concerns and continuously improve service delivery. Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues while supporting a positive and high-performing team culture About you You will have previous supervisory or management experience within a food and beverage environment, ideally within a hotel. A passion for delivering outstanding guest service, strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team are essential. You will have excellent knowledge of hotel procedures, guest service standards, and health and safety requirements.
