Pour renforcer notre équipe à Andenne, nous recherchons plusieurs : Opérateurs de production Votre responsabilité : Vous organisez et contrôlez la production en fonction du planning, des consignes et des priorités. Vous effectuez le contrôle des ingrédients fournis par le préparateur. Vous gérez la préparation des mélanges de MP en zone 52 suivant les recettes fournies. Vous suivez les paramètres de conditionnement afin d’obtenir un produit emballé à la qualité recherchée (ex : recettes, poids des paquets, soudure, design paquet…). Vous assurez une productivité normale pour le poste. Vous pouvez réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau sur vos lignes et diagnostiquer les pannes éventuelles avant appel à un technicien ou à votre N+1. Vous apportez autant d’attention au nettoyage (journalier et CIP périodique) qu’à la production proprement dite. Votre profil : Vous avez un diplôme A2 à orientation technique ou une expérience équivalente en milieu industriel (agro-alimentaire, pharma, chimie,…). Vous êtes disposé à porter des charges lourdes régulièrement (sacs pesant jusqu’à 25 kg). Vous êtes prêt à travailler en 3 pauses (6-14h, 14-22h, 22-6h). Nous apprécierons si vous : Êtes précis et rigoureux, vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un système et un process exigeant (fermentation). Disposez de bonnes capacités d’apprentissage avec l’envie de prendre des initiatives et de contribuer à l’amélioration continue.
