Missions clés
Act as the main point of contact for Macau regulators all compliance enquires · Manage regulatory relationships and coordinate timely and accurate responses Prepare monitor submission of statutory reporting and maintain timely update internal and external filing Participate in regulatory projects and provide advisory to business from compliance Support Financial Crime Compliance in handling, communicating and reporting AML & CFT matters Prepare compliance training materials and deliver training to distributors the regulatory and ethical standards market conduct, fostering strong compliance culture across distribution channels Investigate complaints related to intermediaries’ conduct Conduct quality assurance review of sales practices, operation flow to identify compliance risks and recommend timely risk-mitigating actions Review, update and formulate compliance policies, procedures and manual in response to regulatory and business changes, maintaining an up-to-date governance framework Coordinate with Compliance function heads to develop the annual compliance review plan and monitor the execution Prepare compliance communications and deliver compliance training to staff members Handle project ad hoc tasksurig · Green Job · I& · I& · Equal opportunity employer · Apt

Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for Macau regulators on all compliance enquires, managing regulatory relationships and coordinating timely and accurate responses Prepare or monitor submission of statutory reporting and maintain timely update on internal and external filing Participate in regulatory projects and provide advisory to business from compliance perspective Support Financial Crime Compliance team in handling, communicating and reporting on AML & CFT matters Prepare compliance training materials and deliver training to distributors on the regulatory and ethical standards on market conduct, fostering a strong compliance culture across distribution channels Investigate complaints related to intermediaries’ conduct, prepare finding reports and recommend appropriate disciplinary action Conduct quality assurance review of sales practices, operation flow to identify compliance risks and recommend timely risk-mitigating actions Review, update and formulate compliance policies, procedures and manual in response to regulatory and business changes, maintaining an up-to-date governance framework Coordinate with Compliance function heads to develop the annual compliance review plan and monitor the execution Prepare compliance communications and deliver compliance training to staff members Handle project or ad hoc tasks Qualifications: Permanent Macau resident or non-Macau resident but willing to relocate to Macau University graduate 4-6 years of experience in regulatory compliance, distribution compliance, financial crime compliance or complaint handling Sound knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes and Macau regulatory requirements Good data analytic skills and experience in process automation are plus Good communications and interpersonal skills and with maturity to communicate and deal with agency leaders, management and regulators Self-motivated and independent Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager role About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
