Build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Develop integrations across Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and enterprise systems
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and reusable engineering components
Work collaboratively across Product, Data, Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver incremental, high-quality solutions
Contribute to engineering standards, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, observable and production-ready
Produce technical documentation, deployment guides and operational support artefacts
Support the adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies, including AI capabilities where they provide measurable business value
What you’ll need to do the role:
Proven experience delivering enterprise digital solutions using Microsoft technologies
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development
Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
Experience working with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps or API Management would be advantageous
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python and SQL
Experience designing and developing APIs, integrations and event-driven services
Good understanding of cloud architecture, system design, data modelling and secure software development
Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep)
Experience implementing automated testing, monitoring and observability
Ability to work across multiple Agile delivery teams and balance competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver practical, incremental solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
Microsoft Azure or Power Platform certifications would be advantageous
SC clearance (or willingness to obtain it)
