Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director of Programs, your missions will be as follows :Lead the development and implementation of grants management processes across the entire project cycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.Lead and coordinate high-quality proposal development with program and operations teams and support the funding strategy.Lead all internal and external reporting processesManage the grants team and build the capacity of own team and all relevant staff involved in grant managementEngage with donors and maintain strong, long-term relationshipsProvide strategic oversight of partnership and localisation activitiesDemonstrate personal commitment in promoting Gender Equality and  ACF Gender Minimum Standards
