Overview Responsible for development of platforms to support various applications. Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements cross-domain and globally scalable software platforms in support of end users’ needs. Creates product roadmaps, defines technical requirements and develops platform architecture. Provides technical documentation, guidance and support on platform capabilities. Overview Performs tasks and contributes to processes/project components for the Enterprise Platforms and Solutions area under moderate supervision, ensuring work is aligned to organizational standards, escalating problems and roadblocks as they occur. Responsible for development of platforms to support various applications. Responsibilities This job works under moderate supervision to accomplish key tasks for the Enterprise Platforms and Solutions area, following best practices and techniques in order to meet organizational standards of excellence. Develops and edits product roadmaps by outlining key features, timelines, and milestones and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. Participates in testing activities by supporting the execution of predefined test cases and reporting any issues encountered during testing. Assists in analyzing platform performance metrics, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement. Writes and edits code to develop new platform features. Applies deep understanding of area processes to employ area best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy, supporting team members on solutions, execution and delivery.
