Intern – Talent Acquisition Specialist
📍 Location: Abbott France Office, Rungis (Île‑de‑France)
📄 Contract: 3‑month internship
🌍 Team: Western Europe
About the Role
Abbott’s EMEA Talent Acquisition team is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment activities.
Based in our Rungis office, you will work closely with an international Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment processes within a global healthcare company, making it an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition.
What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Participate in Talent Acquisition projects
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date candidate and requisition data in Workday (ATS)
- Conducting first‑level CV screening and sharing candidate insights
- Preparing and sending clear, professional communications to candidates and hiring managers
- Following up with stakeholders to ensure recruitment timelines are respected
Who You Are
You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, international environment. You bring:
- Current enrollment in a university program or recent graduation (HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred)
- Fluent English and French
- Confidence using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with digital tools is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of customer service
- Previous experience in HR administration, scheduling, or recruitment coordination (a plus, not a requirement)
