The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an intern for the restaurants. That placement will start in September 2026 between 3 or 6 months. In collaboration with the fantastic team at The Peninsula Paris, we are looking for a Restaurant Intern to join the Room Service team from September 2026 , for a 3- to 6-month internship . Join a group that takes care of its employees as much as its guests Share our values of excellence and generosity Develop your skills within a prestigious and international environment Job Description: Set up the service area: cleaning the pantries, checking and organizing Room Service equipment and linen Restock the kitchen and pastry service stations Assist Room Service Commis Waiters and Chef de Rangs with their daily duties Ensure the proper clearing and collection of room service trolleys Act as a link between the kitchen and the point of sale Participate in the various daily activities of the outlet (setting up amenities, preparing room service trolleys, in-room service, etc.) Develop an in-depth knowledge of the menu items in order to answer any guest questions or requests for information Inform supervisors and/or management of any issue that may affect the quality and excellence of guest service Contribute to effective communication and coordination between and within departments (instructions, briefings, guest information, etc.) Comply with the hotel’s standards, procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations.
