Junior Full Stack AI Solution Engineer

Description and Requirements Position Overview We are seeking a Full Stack AI Solution Engineer to join our Enterprise AI and Business Applications team. You will develop AI-powered business applications, intelligent agents, and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are passionate about Generative AI, application development, and solving business challenges through technology. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support AI-powered business applications and intelligent agents. Build conversational AI solutions, workflow automation, and Copilot experiences using Microsoft AI technologies. Develop frontend and backend components using modern application development frameworks. Integrate AI solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems through APIs. Implement prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities. Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver business solutions. Contribute to reusable development assets, coding standards, and AI best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience, internship experience, or strong academic project experience in software development. Programming knowledge in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies. Understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies. Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Note - Fresh Graduates Considered. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365. Experience developing chatbot, automation, AI assistant, or business application projects. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices. Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Dataverse, Power Apps, or Power Automate. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
