Katie Insley Director [email protected] My Profile See my jobs Job Description EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organization to hire an interim UKG Implementation Programme Lead. This is a lead role in their Workforce Management system implementation, acting as deputy to the Overall Programme Lead and supporting delivery across seven countries. This is a high-impact role at a particularly important stage of the programme, with certain countries moving through critical implementation milestones over the coming six months. This is a 6-month interim position and can be based remotely from a range of countries, including the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Germany. Responsibilities of Interim UKG Implementation Programme Lead: Coordinating implementation activities across multiple countries Supporting testing, deployment and go-live readiness Managing issues, risks, dependencies and resolution activities Supporting change management and maintaining clear programme documentation Coordinating and presenting updates to senior leadership Managing stakeholders across HR, Finance, Business Operations and Payroll Participating in technical and integration discussions, with enough technical understanding to challenge and contribute — but without being expected to configure integrations Providing hands-on support through critical go-live and hypercare periods Helping to prioritize activity and ensure consistent delivery across countries Experience required: Strong UKG implementation experience Proven experience coordinating complex HR/workforce-management projects Strong people-management and team leadership experience Practical experience with testing, deployment and go-live Strong issue, risk and stakeholder management skills Confidence working across multiple countries and complex, cross-functional environments Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior leaders Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with integration and technology teams A structured, pragmatic approach with the ability to get into detail and drive issues through to resolution EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
