Job Description
EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organization to hire an interim UKG Implementation Programme Lead. This is a lead role in their Workforce Management system implementation, acting as deputy to the Overall Programme Lead and supporting delivery across seven countries.
This is a high-impact role at a particularly important stage of the programme, with certain countries moving through critical implementation milestones over the coming six months.
This is a 6-month interim position and can be based remotely from a range of countries, including the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Germany.
Responsibilities of Interim UKG Implementation Programme Lead:
Coordinating implementation activities across multiple countries
Supporting testing, deployment and go-live readiness
Managing issues, risks, dependencies and resolution activities
Supporting change management and maintaining clear programme documentation
Coordinating and presenting updates to senior leadership
Managing stakeholders across HR, Finance, Business Operations and Payroll
Participating in technical and integration discussions, with enough technical understanding to challenge and contribute — but without being expected to configure integrations
Providing hands-on support through critical go-live and hypercare periods
Helping to prioritize activity and ensure consistent delivery across countries
Experience required:
Strong UKG implementation experience
Proven experience coordinating complex HR/workforce-management projects
Strong people-management and team leadership experience
Practical experience with testing, deployment and go-live
Strong issue, risk and stakeholder management skills
Confidence working across multiple countries and complex, cross-functional environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with integration and technology teams
A structured, pragmatic approach with the ability to get into detail and drive issues through to resolution
