Your mission, roles and responsibilities Forvia’s VIE Program? The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world! Missions: We are looking for a new talent to join the Talent & Organization Development (TOD) team of the R&D and Product Lines function of Forvia Seating, with a global footprint. Within the TOD team, the TOD Coordinator will have several missions: Contribute to all talent processes for the function, including performance management, talent management, expertise management, learning & development, employee experience… This will include activities related to data analysis, materials preparation, communication, reporting… Drive the definition & the roll-out of the training plan for the function in Europe, focusing on soft skills with Forvia internal academy (Forvia University) Manage the global R&D and Product Lines VIE Community, with a specific focus on talent acquisition & onboarding for our VIE Build the HR communication plan for the function, create visual content & coordinate the launch of communications with relevant stakeholders Support the local HR team in Grojec R&D center We are looking for a motivated, proactive & organized person, with some strong foundation on project management and a passion for talent development. Fluency in English, as well as mastery of the Pack Office (Excel & PowerPoint mostly), are essential.
