HR & Payroll Specialist Place of work: ul. Stachowska 16, 62-023 Robakowo POLAND Umowa na czas określony. Zakres obowiązków: Bieżąca obsługa kadrowo-płacowa pracowników Samodzielne prowadzenie rozliczeń kadrowo-płacowych po wdrożeniu systemu kadrowego Prowadzenie akt osobowych pracowników Koordynowanie procesu zatrudnienia pracownika (przygotowanie skierowań na badania wstępne, dokumentacji pracowniczej, umów itp.) Sporządzanie raportów, zestawień i analiz na potrzeby działu HR dotyczących spraw kadrowo - płacowych Obsługa danych w systemie kadrowo - płacowym Naliczanie wynagrodzeń i rozliczanie zasiłków Rozliczenia z Urzędami m.in.
