Join Dixstone as an HR & Employer Branding Intern and gain hands-on experience across HR , employer branding , and employee experience .
During this 6-month internship, you will work on real projects, collaborate with colleagues across the organization, and help us improve how we attract, engage, and support our people.
What you will do
You will work on a variety of projects across HR, employer branding, internal communications, and employee experience. Depending on your interests and our priorities, this could include:
Helping us strengthen our employer brand on our LinkedIn page and career page , including collecting employee testimonials and content from our countries.
Conducting interviews and surveys with interns to understand their experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
Supporting the development of a stronger internship program and helping us build relationships with universities and students.
Supporting university events and initiatives , including coordination with colleagues and preparing relevant materials.
Contributing to internal communications and employee initiatives , such as onboarding, Lunch & Learns, and company events.
Helping us create and coordinate content and communications across different locations and teams.
Providing ad hoc support to the HR team when needed.
Who are we looking for?
A 3rd-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student at a Dutch university, studying HR, Psychology, International Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership.
Social and comfortable communicating with different people.
Creative, organized, and able to think critically.
A strong communicator in both written and spoken English.
Interested in employer branding, communications, and improving how people experience an organization.
University-level experience with conducting interviews/surveys and analyzing findings.
Previous HR, recruitment, or communications internship experience is a plus.
