Le poste en détail

This role partners closely with plant leadership to shape and deliver HR strategies that support operational and business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role drives workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and consistent HR practices. Using datadriven insights and close collaboration with regional and global HR teams, the role supports organizational effectiveness, capability building, and a highperformance culture across two sites, with a primary presence in Thouars.
