We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our new site in the Amsterdam area, Oude Meer , supporting a leading technology customer. Reporting to the HR Manager , this standalone role can support shorter hours. Help shape the culture, processes and performance of a new operation. What's in it for you? Join a growing international organisation Monday to Friday, 32 – 40 hours per week Be the face of HR on site, working in a standalone role Influence the ramp-up of a brand-new site Access GXO University and career development How you'll make an impact Support managers with day-to-day HR activity Cover staffing, training, benefits, employment law, health and safety Partner with managers and HR to support an engaged workforce Manage the HR cycle from recruitment to engagement Support employee relations and act as a link between employees and management Analyse HR data and turn insights into initiatives Implement HR interventions that support performance Ensure compliance with policy, labour law and regulations Coordinate training and coaching for managers Promote engagement and a positive working environment Maintain accurate and confidential HR records Complete HR administration and reporting on time Support safe working and environmental initiatives What you'll bring to GXO Fluent English and B2 Dutch, spoken and written Good understanding of Dutch labour law Experience with a blue-collar workforce 3–5 years’ HR experience Bachelor’s degree in HR Intermediate Excel skills; HR systems experience beneficial Empathetic communicator able to take ownership Your work environment: Working at GXO Logistics means working in a dynamic and international organization.
