Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking Assistant Rewards Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience. Key Accountabilities Lead and coordinate People & Culture administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data in HR systems and personnel files. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and related administrative support. Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, including payroll updates, benefits enrollment, invoice processing, and cost allocation. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support new hires, including employment contract preparation and onboarding arrangements. Monitor attendance management, labor law compliance, and monthly payroll-related activities. Provide employee support by handling inquiries related to employment matters, government benefits, HR services, and other People & Culture requests. General Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Administration, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Good understanding of labor regulations, payroll administration, employee records management, and HR operational processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
