HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER Are you a motivating leader who enjoys working closely with teams to deliver excellent guest experiences? Join us as Housekeeping Manager. As Housekeeping Manager you are part of our international Housekeeping team and you will report directly to the Operations Manager. You coach and supervise the assistant managers, supervisors and the team of room attendants, linen runners and public area cleaners to ensure room cleanliness of all 330 rooms and public areas are according to brand standards. Responsibilities: · Play a key role in setting up and organizing the housekeeping department following last year’s transition from outsourced services, including team structure, workflows, and service procedures. · Lead and support the in-house housekeeping team with strong day-to-day supervision, coaching, and regular performance feedback to ensure a positive, high-performing work environment. · Plan and execute deep cleaning programs, including seasonal spring cleaning, to maintain long-term room and facility standards. · Ensure well-organized pantries and storage areas, maintaining cleanliness, accessibility, and proper labeling of supplies and equipment. · Monitor and maintain linen par stock levels, ensuring accurate counts, proper storage, and timely replenishment. · Develop and maintain staffing plans in line with hotel occupancy forecasts, ensuring optimal coverage to meet demand while managing labor costs. · Oversee regular inspections to ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed brand and cleanliness standards. · Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to ensure rooms are released and ready for guests on time, supporting operational flow and maximizing room availability. · Manage housekeeping equipment, amenities, and cleaning supplies, ensuring inventory is well-maintained, tracked, and ordered efficiently. · Coordinate with the Engineering department to resolve maintenance issues promptly and support room readiness. · Ensure all housekeeping staff are fully trained and compliant with brand, hygiene, and safety protocols. · Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and team performance, working closely with the Operations Manager on implementation. · Deliver personalized service to frequent guests and World of Hyatt members to enhance the guest experience. · Assist with guest complaint resolution and take proactive steps to prevent future issues. The corresponding gross monthly salary scale ranges from €3.176.02.–€4.027.96, based on full‑time employment. The starting level within the scale depends on experience. We offer 25 vacation days (full-time), 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, daily meal, and 5 extra paid paternity leave days after 1 year Eligibility for our incentive plan.
