Hostess / Administrative Assistant

You will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming guest experience while supporting the restaurant's daily administrative operations in line with Hyatt International's brand standards. The Hostess & Administrative Assistant will manage reservations, greet and seat guests, assist with restaurant administration, maintain records, prepare reports, and provide operational support to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations or as a Hostess in a luxury hotel or specialty restaurant. Good knowledge of restaurant reservation systems and guest relations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
