General Requirements : You will be responsible for handling calls from hotel guests, calls from the various departments and services within the hotel, as well as external calls. You will also ensure that requests are answered within the deadlines set out in current procedures. You will also be in charge of reservations for the various catering outlets. Profile: Excellent elocution Sense of luxury and passion for service Bilingual English essential (third language preferred) Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience
