Join us as a Growth Operations Manager and deliver technical solutions across CRM, Sales, and other growth domains.
Your main challenge will be to ensure our customer data infrastructure runs smoothly so that critical campaigns never come to a halt.
By building team resilience and continuously improving our technical stack, your work will directly enable Qonto to scale its operations efficiently.
You will be supported by Hugo, your manager, who is deeply invested in developing your cross-functional capabilities.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Growth Ops Manager at Qonto, you will:
• Build and manage data flows within our Customer Data Platform (Segment) using SQL to create critical data points for the CRM team. • Conduct data analyses and build custom dashboards (in Salesforce, translating complex business needs into clear, technical configurations for Growth teams (marketing, sales, partnerships, Customer Success).
• Investigate datasets, conduct root-cause analyses, and deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build custom data models enabling the team to generate insights faster and more clearly Autonomously troubleshoot system errors, verify software configurations, and resolve technical bugs across various tools in our tech stack.
• Proactively identify technical debt, propose infrastructure optimizations, and leverage modern tools (including AI) to enhance overall team productivity.

• Market/Team Context: You will be part of a dynamic, hybrid team of 6 individual contributors who support multiple Growth domains (CRM, Sales , Partnerships, Acquisition, CSM).
• Methodologies, how we work, and what we value: We prioritize building team resilience by avoiding "silos" and single points of failure. We expect you to step outside your primary domain to assist colleagues and foster horizontal knowledge-sharing. We also strongly encourage the daily use of AI to unlock productivity.
• Examples of successful projects we recently worked on: Implementing complex data points from our core databases into third-party marketing tools to unlock new audience segments.
• Tools we use: SQL, Salesforce, Segment (CDP), and GitHub, dbt, Python, or JS.

🏅 About You
• Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Growth Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM Operations), and you are comfortable owning technical and analytical topics end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Data Systems Manipulation: You have strong experience writing complex SQL queries and an understanding of data flows between platforms. Experience with CDPs like Segment is a huge plus.
• Analytical Mindset: You have a proven track record of investigating datasets, prioritizing requests based on business impact, and delivering clear insights to business teams.]
• Technical Troubleshooting: You demonstrate technical autonomy and problem-solving resilience, successfully debugging software integrations without needing constant oversight or heavy documentation.
• Continuous System Improvement: You have a mindset geared toward scalable architecture rather than quick fixes, and you are comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize your operational and technical output.
