Responsibilities
Owns integrated program plan
Owns governance cadence
Owns risk and dependency management
Owns partner progress reporting
Coordinates with AchieveUnite, NVIDIA, and regional teams
Escalates blockers to executive sponsors
Program & Project Management
Own end-to-end delivery of the Lenovo Partner AI Maturity Program across all three phases (Design, Build, Scale). Develop, manage, and track integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Lead weekly program governance (status reporting, risk tracking, “on-track/off-track” management). Meet with NVIDIA on a weekly basis to provide data, encourage program collaboration, gather feedback and provide updates / outputs from Volume AI program.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between Lenovo stakeholders and AchieveUnite delivery teams. Align cross-functional teams including Channel, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Enablement. Coordinate executive readouts and quarterly business reviews. Act as primary liaison between Lenovo and NVIDIA stakeholders regarding AchieveUnite.
Phase Execution Oversight
Oversee AI landscape assessment, partner segmentation, and assessment framework delivery.
Provide NVIDIA with assessment reports, partner segmentation and assessment framework delivery updates.
Manage curriculum development (27 modules), platform configuration, and pilot rollout.
Ensure NVIDIA’s collaboration in the curriculum development
Drive global rollout, partner enrollment growth, and ongoing program optimization.
Ensure successful deployment of the Lenovo 360 Solution Hub (TechConnect) learning platform
Monitor partner journey from assessment → training → certification → workshop (Levels 100–400). Provide NVIDIA data on partner training progress.
Track partner engagement, completion rates, and certification milestones. Provide NVIDIA data on program and partner performance. Ensure successful execution of Level 400 workshops and POC delivery. Drive measurable outcomes tied to pipeline growth and AI practice revenue.
Oversee NVIDIA MDF tracking, compliance documentation, and reporting. Track budget utilization aligned to program phases and deliverables.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to Lenovo and NVIDIA stakeholders
Provide actionable insights on program effectiveness and improvement areas.
Required Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate is a globally experienced technology program manager with strong channel ecosystem knowledge, executive stakeholder management skills, vendor governance experience, and the ability to translate AI enablement activity into measurable partner and commercial outcomes.
