As the Facilities Management Portfolio Manager (Hard FM) – ASPAC, you'll provide strategic leadership and technical direction across Serco’s Hard Facilities Management portfolio throughout the Asia Pacific region. As our subject matter expert, you'll help shape the future of facilities management, engineering maintenance and asset performance across a diverse range of operational environments. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and customers, you'll drive governance, standardisation, innovation and best practice to strengthen service delivery and long-term asset outcomes. Your expertise will build capability, influence strategic decisions and support Serco’s continued growth across the region.
As a Facilities Management Portfolio Manager (Hard FM) in the Operations Hub team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
Providing strategic leadership and technical direction across the Hard FM portfolio
Driving asset management, maintenance and engineering strategies to optimise performance
Leading the development and implementation of FM standards, frameworks and governance models
Influencing stakeholders to embed innovation, continuous improvement and best practice
Strengthening risk, assurance and compliance outcomes across complex environments
Supporting business growth through solution development, mobilisation and customer engagement

You could be a great fit if you have:
Significant leadership experience across Hard Facilities Management, Engineering Services or Asset Management
Deep expertise in maintenance management, asset lifecycle planning and engineering compliance
Experience developing and implementing strategic FM frameworks, standards and operating models
Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead organisational change
Commercial acumen with experience supporting bids, mobilisation and service transformation
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Facilities Management or a related discipline
