About the Role We are searching for Brisbane’s best Food & Beverage Leaders to help continue to bring to life our F&B dining venue – Lennons Restaurant, a timeless Brisbane icon, where classic bistro meets elevated dining. Located in Queen St Mall, Lennons Restaurant & Bar pays respect to its history from 1884 to the present. Reporting to the Restaurants Manager, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of Lennon’s Restaurant & Bar, In-Room Dining, and our private boardrooms. You will work with the Restaurants Manager to guide the Food & Beverage operations as successful and independent profit centers whilst ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to Hyatt International standards. ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to Hyatt International standards. Main Responsibilities Supervision of F&B Outlets including In Room Dining and our Studio Boardrooms Proactiveness to move between our F&B Outlets as business requires Training and development of all team members Monitoring to payroll costs on each shift Ensuring shift and daily checklists are completed in an accurate and timely manner Shift cashiering Ensuring our guests receive the level of service and excellence that Hyatt is renowned for Hands on role, working closely with the F&B team to constantly drive improvement Ordering and stock control Requirements Proven experience in a similar role Previous experience using Infrasys is highly regarded Current RSA Currently RMLV is advantageous Shifts will mainly take place for dinner service, however, flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays is required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Perks: Complimentary accommodation at Hyatt properties worldwide Discounted accommodation for associates as well as friends and family Complimentary Headspace membership for Hyatt associates Wellbeing Leave Complimentary Employee Assistance Program Access to hotel gym facilities Uniform Dry-Cleaning service A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
