Jade Munsey Senior Researcher [email protected] My Profile See my jobs Job Description EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a leader in global engineering systems in its search for a European Services Administrator. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the after-sales service function, ensuring accurate data, timely invoicing and effective coordination between engineers, coordinators and Finance across multiple countries. Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in the Netherlands, supporting European operations. It is a full-time role with hybrid working (office and home-based). Key responsibilities of the European Services Administrator: Keeping timesheets, service reports and job records accurate and up to date for engineers and subcontractors Preparing and progressing service invoices in line with agreed schedules Checking invoice data for accuracy and helping resolve any discrepancies Overseeing service documentation to ensure it's complete and compliant Entering and maintaining reliable data across ERP systems and internal trackers Serving as a go-to contact for internal queries and coordinating across teams Experience required: Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally involving data, systems or documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Fluent English (written and verbal), with basic Dutch language capability (A1/A2 minimum) Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and manage repetitive or high-volume tasks with resilience EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
