Your Role As a Brand Health Accountability Consultant , you will support the global execution of Hyatt’s Accountability programs, with a particular focus on the EAME region. Your work will span key initiatives including the Focused Improvement Program, Brand Protection Program, Brand Compliance Program, Quality Assurance and Renovation policies. In this role, you will collaborate across Owner Relations, Operations, Brands, Learning & Development, Communications, Finance and Legal to support consistent, effective and defensible execution of Hyatt’s Accountability programs. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of Hyatt’s Accountability infrastructure, helping identify opportunities to evolve policies, strengthen interventions and ensure programs can scale effectively across Hyatt’s growing portfolio. Contract: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Location: This position is based in either Germany, Spain or the UK. The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the European Union or in the UK. Your Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration and execution of Hyatt’s Accountability programs by monitoring performance, managing communications, tracking progress and identifying opportunities to strengthen program effectiveness, compliance and reward structures. Develop and deliver clear, impactful communications for a variety of audiences, including hotel operators, owners, cross-functional partners and senior leadership. Create presentations, training materials, workshops and executive updates that translate complex information, data and processes into actionable insights. Support the EAME region by coordinating accountability-related training initiatives, serving as a key resource for program inquiries and supporting the Accountability mailbox to help ensure timely responses and issue resolution. Partner directly with owners, operators and Hyatt leaders, both virtually and in person, to support participation in the Brand Protection Program. Communicate expectations, provide guidance, monitor progress and help drive successful program outcomes, including hotels’ successful exit from the program. Support the growth and integration of Hyatt’s emerging franchise portfolio within EAME, serving as a primary resource for Portfolio Health programs and initiatives. Help drive adoption of the Owner/Operator Survey, Recognition, Quality Assurance, Focused Improvement Policy, HySat Goal Setting and Scorecard tracking, Brand Protection Program, Brand Compliance Program and Renovation Policies. Partner with EAME Finance, Legal and Communications teams to evaluate the expansion, integration and communication of Accountability programs and related initiatives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, deadlines and stakeholder needs while maintaining speed, accuracy and strong attention to detail. Coordinate effectively across teams to keep initiatives moving forward. Serve as a strategic thought partner by identifying trends, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement. Develop recommendations that support business goals, operational performance and the long-term success of Hyatt’s Accountability programs. Represent Global Brand Health Accountability in meetings, presentations and cross-functional initiatives, serving as a trusted resource and subject matter expert. Your Qualifications & Experience Extensive global hospitality experience, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and the complexities of working across markets and regions. Significant experience working within franchise operations and partnering effectively with owners, operators and cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated project and/or vendor management experience, with the ability to manage complex initiatives, competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Proven experience managing global operational processes, including governance, established rules and processes, performance measures, documentation, rewards and consequences. Previous people leadership or supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Fluency in Spanish is preferred; fluency in German is a plus. Experience working across multiple operating regions—such as the U.S., Latin America, Western or Eastern Europe, the Middle East or Asia Pacific—is an advantage.
