What You'll Do:

As an Engineer Program Manager, you will be in charge of projects and programs in the product-facing R&D teams. You will look after new challenges, especially delivering advertising solutions to our clients.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • work with the product, engineering and operations teams to launch and evolve high-impact products,

  • own and drive complex cross-functional projects,

  • identify key dependencies and risks, and partner with other teams to get these resolved,

  • partner with DevLeads, Engineering Managers and Tech Leaders to identify and align the right priorities,

  • work with teams to deliver projects and programs on time, on budget and with the right quality,

  • orchestrate work among the teams involved (dependencies) and manage risk proactively,

  • assist the teams with their transformation and help them optimising the way they work,

  • leverage your soft power to influence the organisation and challenge the status-quo.

Who You Are:

  • BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field (equivalent experience may be acceptable),

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in software engineering and a passion for technology,

  • Strong expertise in Project Management, helping teams structure their plans and offerings,

  • Know-how to tailor speech with both technical and non-technical audiences,

  • A keen sense of ownership and experience managing end-to-end project development cycle,

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity,

  • Great problem-solving and influencing skills,

  • Experience balancing resources and ever-competing priorities,

  • Focus and attention to detail,

  • Good communication skills in English.
