Overview
The Deployment Associate will be part of a team with responsibility for successfully deploying automation technology at a facility, executing the Site Readiness, Training, Implementation, Change Management, and Hyper Care Support Plans (includes site metric analysis and issue documentation and resolution). There will be a total of 218 Site deployments by multiple Site Deployment teams with concurrent deployments being executed across the PSP horizon. Warehouse Automation initiatives include Auto Guided Vehicles, Automated Variety Pack Lines, Automated Case Picking Systems, Auto Truck Loading Systems, and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems.
Responsibilities
The Site Deployment Associates will play a lead role in executing the automation initiatives assigned to. In addition to having responsibility as a deployment team member, they will execute the detailed implementation plan at each site.
Support site preparation infrastructure work required for each project, partnering with engineering and site project team members
Support the Site Readiness execution ensuring that site is ready for deployment. Readiness checklist drives site specific work plans
Support the EM (Early Management) process as required
Support the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) process as required
Support the execution of the initiative deployment ensuring successful system start up on time and on budget
Own the coordination of training delivery as sites prepare for go-lives or new users are on-boarded into automation roles
Support IT Integration testing and the functional design process
Identify and resolve issues & risks
Support change management process
Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Define gaps and create action plans as needed to ensure operational sustainability post implementation
Significant travel required with commitment to successful deployments often requiring long work weeks and potentially some weekends
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
4+ years Logistics/Warehousing experience
Proven results in leading warehouse operations and utilizing tools and processes
Ability to travel 60% to 80% of time
Exceptional work ethic
Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
2+ years experience in project management preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
