Director - Parts Commercial

What you will do Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for driving growth through strong dealer partnerships and customer-focused strategies? As Director – Parts Commercial, you will lead the Parts commercial strategy across Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks in Australia. Reporting to the Vice President Service Market, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability and market performance while leading a high-performing team and influencing key stakeholders across our national dealer network. Key Responsibilities include: Develop and execute the national Parts commercial strategy Drive sales growth, profitability and market penetration Lead retail and wholesale parts performance across dealer networks Optimise pricing, product mix and commercial programs Utilise market and customer data to identify growth opportunities Build strong partnerships with dealers, distributors and fleet customers Lead strategic initiatives including Truckshop and remanufacturing opportunities Manage budgets, commercial targets and business performance Coach and develop a high-performing team Who are you? In this role, you will bring: Senior leadership experience within automotive, transport, industrial or related industries Strong background in parts, aftersales, service market or commercial operations Proven success driving sales growth and profitability Experience leading dealer or partner networks Strong commercial and financial acumen Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Relevant tertiary qualification What’s in it for you?
