As the Associate Director of Sales, you will support the leadership and efficient operation of the Sales Department in line with Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of our associates, guests, and owners.
You will play a key role in driving the hotel’s sales performance by supporting and leading selling activities across targeted market segments. Working closely with the Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, and other revenue-generating departments, you will identify business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve the hotel’s commercial objectives.
In addition, you will support the development and performance of the Sales team, foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, and contribute to building long-term partnerships that strengthen the hotel’s market position and overall business performance.

Due to work permit restrictions, this position is open only to Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
A university degree or diploma in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Work experience as an Associate Director of Sales, Senior Sales Manager, or in a similar sales leadership capacity, preferably within a luxury international hotel environment.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities.
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and respond effectively to changing business needs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Good administrative, organizational, and planning skills, with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
