This role ensures operational excellence, profitability, and brand consistency across all restaurants, bars, banquets, and culinary operations. Define and implement the regional F&B strategy in alignment with the company’s global direction and brand standards. Oversee daily F&B performance across multiple properties, ensuring consistent service quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency. Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve profitability targets and optimize revenue streams. Collaborate on the creation, rebranding, and positioning of restaurant, bar, and banquet concepts that elevate guest experiences and drive market differentiation Mentor and coach property F&B leaders, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance. Ensure all operations meet or exceed health, safety, and regulatory local and international standards, as well as internal audit and compliance requirements. Identify and implement emerging culinary, mixology, and service trends to maintain the region’s competitive edge. Shares knowledge with the hotel F&B leaders and supervise the implementation of the standard/trend. Partner with operations and marketing teams to enhance guest satisfaction scores through memorable and authentic F&B experiences. Analize KPIs and makes sure hotels action plan on opportunities and implement best practices. Support openings, renovations, and brand initiatives. Experience Required: 10-15 years of progressive experience in food and beverage within hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurant groups. 3-5 years of experience in corporate positions (Director of F&B, Corporate F&B Head, Regional F&B Director, or similar). Proven experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen development and operations. Strong financial management experience. Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Gastronomy, Food Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish required.
