Role Overview
This is a strategic Account Management role focused on Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions (BTCS), with responsibility for existing clients across France and French-speaking markets in Benelux and Switzerland.
The role is centered on strengthening long-term client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Working closely with sell-side clients across cross-asset front-office workflows in capital markets, you will partner with internal sales, product, legal, and delivery teams to expand Broadridge’s footprint within key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing BTCS clients across France and French-speaking markets in Benelux and Switzerland.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to support their business objectives.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand the BTCS footprint and contribute to revenue objectives.
- Partner with Segment Sales on account planning, commercial initiatives, and targeted client campaigns.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM system and track opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
- Lead or support client presentations, discovery discussions, requirements gathering, and solution scoping activities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Legal and Conversions, to support contract execution, renewals, onboarding, and successful go-lives.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure all client and commercial activity is accurately documented.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in financial markets, including at least 5 years in account management, client relationship management, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, ideally with experience supporting sell-side clients and front-office workflows.
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships and grow strategic accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at multiple levels of client organisations.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing commercial discussions, including renewals and contract terms.
- Comfortable working in a commercially driven environment with growth, retention, and revenue targets.
- Fluent in French and English; additional language skills relevant to the region would be an advantage.
