Digital Marketing Specialist CEE

We are looking for a part time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support marketing activities across CEE region. This role offers a diverse scope covering brand and performance marketing, website management, marketing projects, and ad-hoc initiatives supporting B2C or B2B sales. What you’ll be doing: Manage and support CRM, email marketing and website operations. Ensure the proper and timely execution of responsibilities and projects assigned by the manager within the scope of the role. Support and deliver digital marketing activities in line with business objectives and priorities. Cooperate and communicate effectively with other AXA Partners departments in accordance with company rules and procedures. Act in accordance with AXA Partners’ values and contribute to a positive working environment. Support a customer-oriented approach across digital activities and projects. Support of B2C or B2B sales activities through digital marketing initiatives What you’ll bring: Minimum secondary education Experience in online/digital marketing Czech language at native level and English language proficiency at B2 level (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage) Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced PC skills Strong communication skills and ability to work independently High level of responsibility, reliability, and proactive approach Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure Strong analytical skills and data understanding (e.g. Google Analytics 4) Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks What we offer: At AXA Partners, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
